In the wake of the resounding success of its record-setting world's longest cruise journey, traversing 25 river systems, 5 states, and 2 countries, Antara Cruises sets sail for new horizons with its entrance into Odisha. The cruise line, renowned for its immersive journeys, has unveiled a series of twice-a-week, three-night departures, catering to travellers seeking enriching experiences within a shorter timeframe.
The shorter departures are for travellers who want fulfilling, immersive experiences without an extended vacation.
Raj Singh, Founding Chairman of Antara Cruises said, "This cruise service is going to cover places like Bhitarkanika National Park, beach area and Bay of Bengal. So, it is a combination of wildlife, beaches and a bit of culture. Tourists can also explore caves like Udayagiri and Lalitgiri during the course of their journey."
A noteworthy feature of this expansion is the collaboration with the government of Odisha, which has leased four catamarans, each featuring two bedrooms, to Antara Cruises for a substantial 20-year period. These vessels have undergone upgradation to ensure an elevated level of guest experience and comfort throughout the journey.
